"I have Chronic pain, I have suffered for years without a Dr say let's work together to see what is going on with you. I have a new diagnosis and have had a round of injection for pain. It's the first time we found out and have the treatment work. Daniel Williamson NPwas kind helpful and really listened to the me."
"The worst medical facility in the entirety of the state of oklahoma. Hands down. On numerous occasions I have attempted to call ahead and schedule an appointment and EVERY single time I am left on hold until I am hung up on. The wait in the lobby is always hours long and god forbid you expect to be treated with respect. Rude does not begin to cover it. RUN AWAY"
"One of the receptionists is very rude. Told me there was nothing wrong with my kidneys when I did indeed have issues. She also told me that I would not receive a referral when I desperately needed one. Had to insist on speaking with my Dr who told me I was right and that he reprimanded her for it. If I had not spoken up for myself there could have been dire consequences to this misinformation. She has been rude to me on the phone telling me it was “not their job to refer me to every urologist in the area.” The problem was on their end that they could not find a urologist that treated IC which wasted both of our time. I complained to them about this as well. She’s still employed there. She never smiles and has no hospitality towards any of the patients there that I have witnessed. There is disorganization when it comes to them transferring information to my specialists as well."
"Please stay as far away from this office as you can. To start with, the doctors and nurses do not seem like they know what they're doing, they cannot answer simple questions that any doctor or nurse should be able to answer, and they waste so much of your time. I switched to them as my PCP to gain access to referrals, but they refuse to send them and act like they don't know how. I made an appointment with them to discuss a breast reduction referral. I waited in the office for an hour, and once the NP came in, we discussed why I needed the referral. She seemed like she understood everything, and I would have the referral without an issue (She spoke with me for 2-5 minutes) I called them back a week later to check on the referral, and they told me I needed to come in for another appointment to discuss some things that could not be addressed through phone calls or emails. I spent another hour in the office to talk to the NP for another 2-5 minutes, only for her to be utterly unorganized in her attempt to regurgitate what we discussed in the first appointment. She informed me that they cannot send out referrals because they don't know any of the surgeons in the area, and I need to call surgeons on my own to see if they accept my insurance. I made a point to her that this could have been talked about over an email or phone call. Her excuse was that she is always seeing patients, and she does not have time to answer the phone or an email, but she said it in a way that made me feel like I wasn't a patient that she cared about. To make matters worse, the day I had my second appointment, I had to go to the ER for Dysmenorrhea and severe clotting. I was told to follow up with an OBGYN as soon as possible, but I would need a referral. I am trying to get a referral from AQC to see an OBGYN, but they need proof that I even need to go to one before they send the referral. Keep in mind that they have NO equipment to look at my uterus, and they don't even have the experience to talk about this with me. I am waiting for the ER to send them documented proof that I need to see an OBGYN as soon as possible. Once I get my referral (If I ever do), I am finding another PCP because this place does not care about their patients or the medical issues that they go through. My NP was Ivy Cherian."
"Had a question regarding medication that was given, no one ever called me back. Called to make an appointment for an infection, never answered the phones or called back. Ended up going to Urgent Care with a kidney infection. The nurse was very nice but the PA seemed like they couldn't care less. Now I have to find another doctor's office."
