"Never been here. But I saw this response from managment I'm guessing on a review. ( Bills or bills regardless of the timeframe unfortunately. I pay my bills when I go to the doctor. I can’t imagine our office or our billing company not having interaction with you within two years if you owe your bill because of the deductible not being met. Sorry for the inconvenience. We strive to do everything we can to make our patients happy. You can see it on all of the other five star reviews. I will look into this situation personally. Have a great day. ) If you are going to reply to a customer review try proof reading your response. And if your going to be rude in the response. It's best to just not respond at all. If they are incapable of forming a proper sentence in responce to a negitive review, I don't think I would want them working on my foot. Just saying."

"Dr. Megan Filkins hacked on my foot so severely that I’ve had to have corrective surgery, Physical Therapy and still no balance or able to walk or stand comfortably or correct. Then she has the nerve to give me the run around refusing to release My medical records to me. Patient Beware!!! They also took my full deductible and never reported to BCBS that not only I paid but told they constantly tried to collect “their”, deductible until I put a STOP to that. That’s Medical Fraud!!!"

"The staff is friendly, caring, and accommodating and really want to make sure that you received the best possible care. The doctors are awesome and take the time to listen and explain. if I have any trouble in the future, I will definitely go back."

"The front desk appears to have delayed our access to the doctor deliberately. We were on time and waited 30 min past our appointment time. Front desk person came out said oh, you can't go back until we have the paper work."

"The front office staff were efficient yet friendly. Luke was extremely nice. He walked us back and took my history and then he said Dr. Wilson would be in to see me. Dr. Wilson was held up with another patient and Luke came back to room to let us know. Then there is Dr. Wilson. He is kind, gentle and informative. By the time he did my procedure I knew exactly what was going to happen and what to expect after surgery with follow up in two weeks. I’m not afraid of doctors but, the thought having my ingrown toenails removed was scary. I was not even nervous when they started the procedure. Definitely would recommend Dr. Wilson and his staff!"
