"I had Robin Potter-Kimball as my psychiatrist. I would never ever be able to recommend her in good conscience. She's unprofessional. I'm allowed to have whatever mood and to convey that over the phone or in person. She is the professional. She's supposed to be mindful and professional, but she is not. She called me "missy" and an incorrect name. She made assumptions about my mental health with limited information and they were incorrect assumptions. She assumed I didn't know how to refill prescriptions due to her lack of understanding that I need additional refills to have time to find a new psychiatrist in another state when I move. The receptionist is only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She does not send appropriate appointment reminders nor does she take down information if your appointment is over the phone vs. in person. All of my experiences have been super negative here. I was also charged $275 for a 30 min phone call to refill 2 prescriptions I've been taking for years. One of those is Vitamin D3. Nothing major. Save yourself the headache and avoid poor treatment. Go somewhere else."
