"Was recommended this office and Dr Beach specifically. The scheduler in the office input things incorrectly and I ended up with Kelly Long as my PCP. Gave her a shot, figured they were in the same office and it'd be fine. Left the appointment with all my prescriptions not getting sent to the pharmacy I asked them to be, one needed a Prior Auth and was just sent straight to the pharmacy. Went back and forth trying to speak on the phone about the one with the PA, just got portal messages instead, Dr Beach as the leading physician didn't see anything wrong with the care I WASN'T receiving. Ableism in the medical field at its finest. Do better."
