Miss an appointment $$, but if they cancel, you can not invoice them for the cancel. If you value your mental health find another provider"

"I read some reviews of Dr. Ardis office and would like to add feedback as well. I visited this office years ago for a routine check up. It was a shockingly bad experience to deal with extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff. They will charge 50 $ to reschedule an appointment but keep patients waiting for 1+ hour to see a doctor for 5 minutes. It seems like this place has no respect for the people who use their services. Dr. Ardis appears to be cold and uncaring pill pusher. I recommend people to stay away from this doctors office. I am surprised that this place is still in business."

"Have seen Ardis for a few years now, since she was on the Expressway. I’ve always had a great experience at her office. Not sure why the complaints, but Rose, the receptionist, has always been pleasant and sweet to me, and always has a smile. I’ve never had an issue with the cancellation fee but then I’m a responsible adult and make my appointments. Dr. Ardis and her staff are very knowledgeable about medications and have helped me a great deal. I feel both Ardis and Mike spend plenty of time with me and care about me. They’ve gotten me in with short notice when I’ve had some crises arise in my life and have always been there for me. I have to wait sometimes but that’s because Ardis loves talking to her patients and sometimes runs over. I see that as a plus not a negative. Even when she runs behind she always makes plenty of time for me and it’s well worth it. Don’t be scared by some of the negative reviews. Some of these folks obviously have mental issues so keep that in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Ardis. I wouldn’t be where I’m at if not for her."

"The office and staff have been friendly and accommodating each time I've been in the office or called with any questions. I've never witnessed any negative experiences in the lobby as others have mentioned. Neneth is terrific. Willing to listen and work through each issue. Dr. Ardis reviews and discusses medication prescriptions with the patient, especially on the intake visit. My only down is that there is a wait. In my experience, I would rather wait for a good doctor than rush in to one that is sub-par."

"The receptionist is one of the RUDEST and most unpleasant individuals I've ever encountered on the phone. The Office Manager Rhonda is also a very unpleasant person as well. Our son has been going to Dr Ardis for over 3 years. His appointment literally takes 5 minutes or less and not once can he ever get seen on time. Had to reschedule appointment after showing up an hour early and then waiting way past our appointment time to never getting seen due to the fact that Dr Ardis was running way behind and that we had to go to another appointment. After we paid our co-pay (which we never got to see Dr. Ardis), then we just received a $50.00 fee in the mail due to a missed appointment. Needless to say we are beyond frustrated with this office. Corrina is the only one in that office that deserves to be working there. Long story short, after Rhonda decided to take our $50.00 fee off, then she proceeds to tell us that we should find a new Doctor for our son. Heads up, this is the way you will eventually be treated. I will also be contacting our insurance company about how we have been treated and talked to so that maybe eventually they won't be able to be on the providers list. Dr. Ardis is a great doctor but she needs to find someone that is more people friendly and who actually likes their job."
