"Decent place when they have a good staff. You might have to call them daily until you get ahold of someone or even get scheduled. Lately they have been going through some changes that have really made communication with the office very difficult or almost impossible. I have requested at this point for months to be placed on a the schedule for a procedure that the doctor has ordered. I’ve been waiting months and as the cooler weather has come in I have even asked if until they can do something, anything else, in the meantime to try and combat some of this pain. I’ve been stonewalled. Dr. Lee has refused to move forward with any other procedure request, and the procedure scheduler, Marquel, is refusing to return any phone call, message, or any form of communication. Despite having received my Federal Psychological Clearance for the procedure, and orders placed by Dr. Booth himself my last appointment; I am being stonewalled and told to wait a couple days for a call that never comes. I bring it up a month later in my next refill appointment and they tell me to wait a few days again and they will call, it has now been months. At this point I’m simply requesting a standard steroid injection procedure just for some pain relief. This has been brought to Dr. Lee’s attention especially as I am recovering from surgery and I feel like he doesn’t listen or take my concerns seriously. I do recommend the office, but can really only recommend the provider Dr. Booth. If his LPN Tiffany is still there she was pretty good too. Just don’t schedule with Dr. Lee there will be a lot of miscommunication if you can even get ahold of the office to begin with."

"I have high praise and low praise of Elite. My husband was a patient of Dr. Booths two years ago and recieved fantastic care, giving him much relief for pain in his neck. I had an appointment on November 8th with Dr. Booth to see if he could help pain in my lower back. It is a 3 hour drive for us to make this appointment. I did not see Dr. Booth, but instead a PA. I was fine with that. The PA did a great job, was knowledgeable and we made a plan to try an injection in my lower back. I was told they would call the next day to set up an appointment. After a week of no call, I called them and was told they have only one person that schedules and she would contact me on Tuesday or Thursday. Again no call. I called twice more to only be told, they would call me. It has now been a month, the pain is horrible and no appointment in site from Elite. Last week I went to a different doctor and they have set me up for an injection next week. Thoroughly disappointed in Elite this time around."

I have been in so much pain from autoimmune illness and was able to be seen quickly, and they were compassionate, have had treatment options for me for all of my pain, and they are less than 5 minutes from my house. "I just had my 2nd appointment with Dr. Booth. I am so impressed with him and the entire office staff, from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. Everyone I have come in contact with has been so kind, compassionate, and professional. At my first appointment the doctor, PA, and nurse all spent over an hour in the room with me. We went over my pain/symptoms, asking questions, explaining treatment options, and trying to come up with a plan. I never felt rushed or unheard. You can tell that they truly care about figuring out the root cause and letting you be included in your plan of treatment. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Booth and his staff!"

"I started seeing Dr. Jackson about 3 yrs ago because my dad was already a patient of Dr. Jackson and seeing how he took great care of my dad I stayed. Then Dr. Jackson left and Dr. Booth took over. And he also was amazing. Ashlie who worked at the front desk is incredible. She was so kind to my dad. My dad passed away last Sept 2022 and the staff was so supportive. I see Megan mostly and she is extremely knowledgeable, caring and supportive in taking care of my health. One of the assistants Blake, I believe is his name is also very caring and supportive when my dad died. Ashlie, to this day has been so understanding and answers all my questions, even the questions that seem small in some people eyes. Although to me they are questions that concern my issues and Ashlie takes her time in explaining to me about insurancequestions. That to me is extremely important in my health care. Thank you, to all the staff. I will most definitely recommend Elite to anyone I know."
