"Experienced a poorly handled situation here. Inadequate communication between staff and management. My appointment was canceled because the doctor would be out of town. I was then rescheduled for a time that did not lineup with my insurance coverage. So had to pay out-of-pocket. Management did offer to cover half of the expense but this shouldn't have been allowed to happen in the first place. Will not be returning."

"So professional! My son has autism and I was really nervous about bringing him here due to a previous bad experience with our old eye doctor. I was definitely judging too quickly. Hailey was incredibly sweet and patient with my son, she didn't act like we were wasting her time even though I know my son was making things difficult. She was even able to make the eye drops fun for my son! Dr. Forcina was also very patient and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed that he kept things simple enough for me to understand without feeling belittled. He even gave me a sheet so I could do some more research about my son's diagnosis. Overall, a very enjoyable experience."

"The only reason for even 3 stars is Dr. Scott, otherwise it would be 1 star. He has always been kind and professional and he was with us in the beginning. Forcina is cold, dismissive, and can be downright snotty. He made my child's appointment all about a completely different medical issue, bringing up issues that are irrelevant to my child's current medical status, lecturing us on all the bad things that would happen IF my child did or didn't do XYZ and said almost nothing about the issue we had been coming to them about for the last decade. They input the wrong DX into my child's file and when I emailed about fixing it I never received a response. The office staff range from neutral to mildly hostile. Overall, if we hadn't been with Dr. Scott for so long and weren't happy with him (and let's face it, Oklahoma doesn't exactly have an abundance pediatric ophthalmologists) we would find another practice."

"My daughter has been coming here for 12 years now and it was great at first. The last few years have been horrible with the front desk and the ladies who help pick out glasses. Asked for medical records and it took months to get after replying asking for then over and over. I wish I worked in insurance, maybe I could get that referral my doctor has sent over multiple times in your hands so my blind daughter could get glasses and have her visits covered."

"Our six-year-old daughter was so nervous about having to have her eyes dilated, remembering how much it had hurt the last year. But Dr. Scott and the staff were so gentle, reassuring and quick. A specialist dealing with children and highly competent team, Dr. Scott is worth making the trip to OKC to see. (Haha pardon the pun)"
