"Dr Anderson is great but the clinic staff is horrible. “Shalisa” one of the managers according to Janet who took my call would not take my call “she had nothing to say to me” I have been trying to get a orthopedic document signed from Dr Anderson since 03/08 for my daughters new braces and as of 03/29 no one has been able to help with the signature. The manager Michael apparently is aware of the issue and the medical assistant Angela keeps refusing to have the doctor sign a paper. An unorganized and unwilling to help staff is what makes doctors lose patients. My daughter is basically money in the pocket but not being cared for with the needs."

"I arrived a little early and they had me out of my chair before I set my things down. I was seen, and done within about a half hour. They were really on their game and I appreciated that they cared about my time too. I liked my dr and the entire staff I met. Thanks for making a really scary visit a lot better!"

"Could not even be seen due to their inability to see Military referrals. Called 5 days in a row before switching to someone else. Another provider that helped me didn't even have their listed doctor on location and was able to fix that within a few hours."

"Take time to read the comments before making this your Orthopedic Dr. The PA Amy doesn’t listen, won’t take you serious and brushes you off. If you are in severe pain over a month after surgery and suspect nerve damage or that something just isn’t right in your leg they will blame your back and tell you to follow up with your primary Dr and won’t even refill pain meds to help you through it. Now I’m stuck running in circles trying to get help thanks a lot Amy and mercy clinic for your terrible service and lack of empathy. Hope you all have the days you deserve."

"Scam extortioners, they are only interested in your money, not actually helping you. There set an appt for me to meet the Dr about my MRIs but then when I arrived they needed a few extra hundred dollars so they took more X-rays, without ever covering my results. My tore ligament and bicep would have negated the need for an X-ray. HENCE THEY MADE SURE THEY GOT THEIR MONEY FIRST!!! Then left me in the waiting room for hours until I left. I still don't know my results, which could have actually helped me, but they x-ray pays them more, SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER HELPED ME!!! now I have to find a new orthopedic, you all should be ashamed of yourself, what the hell happened to your oath to help people"
