"Please avoid this place. Dr Yost however is a good chiropractor, but dealing with his front office ladies is a total nightmare. On my first visit there around September 2022, I paid around $180 for X-ray. Which I thought was normal and since they couldn’t figure out my 20% copay. I paid up front with expectations that I would get credits for future visits. On my second visit and 3rd they made me pay $50 because they couldn’t still figure with my insurance copay and to confirm if deductible met. I had told them that was not the case and they need to submit the claim or just call to verify. Nothing was done. So I stopped going there after my 3rd visit because I am not going to pay $50 every time instead of $7 specially if I had to go there twice per week. I called the front desk around October 2022 and was told they would get with their third party that handles their billing and get with me before I can set up my next appointment. No call from this lady since October 2022 even after advising me that she will look into this and call me back the same week. Nothing!! Until I called today 01/17/2023, more than 90 days later. First thing she said is that she is by herself in the office and would be difficult to know for sure what’s going on. She didn’t care about my concerns and frustration but instead was accusing me of yelling at her when I was calm. I tried to refresh and explain what I called about assuming she does not remember me anymore. She said that she was trying to help me? I told her she was not because she didn’t listen to my concerns yet. Then hang up on me, I called back and advise I just need someone to look into this and either my refund check available when I get in the office. She then hung up on me again. Totally I acceptable and unprofessional!! Totally! I hope Dr Yost learns about this and see how his customers being treated by his front office. Fix his billing nightmares and maybe hire more people to deals with health insurance claims process."
