They listen to my concern, communicate clearly, answer my questions, and give me peace of mind as a parent. Yes, they are typically busy and it is hard to reschedule an appointment, but they are still so great and I love that my daughter is in their care."

"I was running low on my prescription that I have been taking for some time now. They wouldn’t refill it without seeing me again but they didn’t have any upcoming openings. They told me I would just have to go without my thyroid medication until then. * later in the day Dr. Fox personally took care of the situation and sent off my prescription"

"Your office might care about patients, Im not sure, but do you even care about PEOPLE? I called to ask for an appointment and they said all of the providers were not accepting new patients. Not one. I do understand that it happens and there is only so many appointments available HOWEVER, I asked if they could refer me to another office that does what they do, and they said "the doctor hasnt given us anyone that she feels comfortable with at this time" THEN I asked immediately after if there was anyone in ANOTHER STATE she might refer us to and they had the same cookie cutter response. Im not sure they have even asked the doctor for recommendations or is the doctor just out for their own money so they will see new patients when they can and keep all the money for themselves. I am not sure but this is what it seems like."

"Office staff is terrible! They need to get some happy, loving people to represent the doctors since thats what they claim to be. I called to set appointment as a new patient and was very dissapointed with the person answering the phones. Made me not want to step foot in that place. Sad because I've heard Dr. Fox is a great doctor. Hopefully she gets better office people."

"We love Dr. Fox's office! The PA's are always fantastic and this is the first medical office we have found to meet our children's needs after searching through at least 20 other offices over the past 6 years. They see children the same day. I only gave it 4 stars because the front desk staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, never has it together. She is very absent-minded, has poor communication skills, and seems fairly disorganized. It is very frustrating to have to work with her. That is the only negative about this office. The facility is clean, modern, and the medical staff are open, honest, and non-judgmental. I recommend this office to everyone."
