"I've been trying to contact corporate for 3 months to discuss my child's traumatic experience at the Tulsa location. No one will call or email me back. The lack of response to such a serious situation is very alarming. I would never recommend sending your kid here."

"I went to the place as a kid. Their methods were unorthodox. Making kids stand in the corner for hours at a time with a 5 minute break each hour for their behavior at home was completely ridiculous. Plenty of kids including myself had parents that hated us to begin with so my step mom would lie about half the stuff that"happened" at home. I never finished my treatment because I never got to advance in the program due to them believing what she said. Their punishments were cruel and completely unwarranted."

"I absolutely love this place. But some of these other reviews are ridiculous… this place is not a use to permanent counseling services, it’s a temporary source to help your child get on appropriate medication and the right treatment, while still managing school since most times kids like this fall behind ( like my daughter); once discharged you need to find an outside source to continue that treatment Don’t depend on others to make the right choices for your child’s mental health… they do very involve parents in the child’s mental health treatment. So minus some of this reviews because most of them are frustrated parents who Do not know how to handle a child with issues"

"You all are absolutely disgusting and way to go abandoning my son when he needs this the most. Apparently because he's been sick or other medical things I've given them doctors notes but he has only a few days of unexcused absences they just called and discharged my son. My son has had breakdowns and all they do anyways is keep bumping up dosages. I've never even spoken to the school psychologist. Teriin is an aweduk therapist. She told him and me he shouldn't be calling his dad his dad just becUe he isn't his biological dad if he didn't fee comfortable,,but this man has been in his life since I was pregnant and is the only dad he knows. Everytime I go inthere there is some kid screaming and begging for their mom. Chelsea his therapist I thought was great buy informs me last week in family therapy she was leaving and then saulting after discharge we could come still see her. More like it looks like she poaching clients from Positive Changes to me. She knows and Ms. Nikki knows how much struggles and how his behavior seems to have gotten worse and I beg and cry and please for help and it seems to have gone on deaf ears. Plus their after hours people never answered their phine or their message when my son had a breakdown and we were at children's hospital for almost 8 hours. Then their excuse was it was new person who didn't know how to return messages. What a lame excuse. You all are sad people and no wonder your reviews are horrible. Kids get sick!!! So you penalize them by discharging them when they need the help the most. Y'ALL ATE HEARTLESS COLDNPEOPLE TO ABANDON A CHILD IN NEED. I WILL REPORT YOU TO SOONER CARE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE...CLEARLY THEY DONT CARE!!! YALL ARE A SAD BUNCH OF PEople. I kustbhope when you need help no abandons you. What a waste of 8 mthe. Looks like yall cant do your job if hes been there 8 months with noimprovement. SAD....SAD..SAD. ."

"My son has attended two locations Bethany and OKC on SE 25th, the 5 star rating IS FOR THE BETHANY LOCATION. The director was always involved with the kids, even making sure they got in thier cars at pickup, the director at OKC...NO. I just met the lady last month & my son had been there going on half a year. The staff at Bethany were so patient with my son, and this was in the beginning before he started learning how to communicate his feelings. Which he learned from Ms Ashley at the Bethany location.The staff at the OKC Location do not communicate! For the first few times, when his therapist there called me, she didn't even know my son's name, she called me in reference to another child that was there & told me another patients information! This is a facility that has autistic children attending and this therapist could not even tell me what ABA therapy was when I asked her about it. My son is constantly asking to go back "to his old school" and due to distance, we can not. But I want to thank the Bethany location for all thier help & love they showed me & my boy.nurse Alex was constantly making sure my son's meds were filled via fax while the nurse at the okc location states I have to phone in but yet when she received a fax from the pharmacy she filed it...To the director at the Bethany location, you have a very good staff., and even you are so involved with the kids and you don't hide out in your office until a parent has a complaint & then resurface. Thank you guys for providing such a positive experience to my ausome child."
