"I highly recommend NOT bringing your animal here. The last 3 instances that I have brought my animals here I have had to follow up at another Vet or hospital because they failed to properly evaluate our animals. I don't want to go into detail too much but one of our dogs did not survive post surgery and when she was being seen for the final time here, my husband was very emotional because our dog was unable to breath after stitches were removed. The Vet and my husband had a verbal exchange and while our dog was suffocating on the floor he had the nerve to laugh at my husband and stopped trying to help our dog and said you can take your dog elsewhere. That night our dog passed away at the hospital. I wish I never brought her to this Vet for her surgery. There were 4 extra visits due to the issues following the surgery. Everyone has their own experiences but after ours, I will never recommend this location for any care for animals. Another example is our puppy got bit by an insect of some kind and they prescribed a steroid to help with the swelling. The next day her paw was so swollen that the skin was busting open so we went to another Vet and they said she had a major infection and they were shocked that this Vet only gave her a steroid and not antibiotics. She almost lost her foot!!!"
"I brought my 10 year old cat in for his first ever dental cleaning and it couldn't have gone better. He didn't need any extractions and his teeth looked a lot better. Dr. Harl and the entire staff were awesome and took as much time explaining everything as I needed. They were even totally cool with me having to cancel 3 appointments at the last minute because I couldn't get my cat in his carrier! I will definitely be returning for his next annual exam."
"I had to take my 11-year-old Kitty here after she stopped eating for several days and my regular vet couldn't see her right away. Premier animal wellness was amazing. They squeezed me in that same day, they did blood work and gave her an anti-nausea medication and an appetite stimulant. They were very caring and sweet to both me and my sweet girl. After a couple more days, she started to feel better and is now back to her normal rambunctious self. I would definitely go here again"
"We have taken four of our animals to this vet and have had excellent results. The only hiccup we had was that we were asked, "Can we cut you dogs' nails" at the end of our last visit and after being told what our bill would be, and spending what we had, we thought sure... thinking it was complimentary. It took them 4 minutes to complete the service, and to my surprise, they charged me $26 for that 4 minute service. Being appalled, I emailed the main office, and they were very apologetic, personally called me and told me that they should had told me there would had been a charge for that and the way they took care of me was wrong. In response, they have me a choice to have the $26 refunded or a credit for my next service along with an additional $25 for bringing it to their attention the way I did, allowing them to use it as a teaching point in their offices. Though I refused the extra $25, they were insistent on fining it to me. They once again were very professional, not only in how they do their prescribed business but in the way they handle conflict resolution. I'll continue using this business."
