"I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for almost 25 years and have followed his practice as it has grown and moved from various locations. He, along with his physicians assistants, give outstanding care. Unfortunately there is a significant disconnect with office staff and getting medications refilled. Currently, I have been trying to get my hormones refilled for several days. I have never missed an appointment and just saw Abby on Monday with a promise to send my refills over to pharmacy immediately. Yet here I sit, no hormones and still waiting and wondering when they will finally send the refill approval to my pharmacy."
