"I came to Dr Keoppel after my Dr retired. I was nervous about having to find a new Dr after going to the same one for 15 years, but Dr Keoppel has been very good and has helped me in several areas. Her staff has also been great."

"She was quick to make accusations about me based upon my first time visit and was very bias. I was referred to her from my OBGYN and I had a horrible experience. I've been taking a medication since 2017 and was trying to find a primary care doctor in Oklahoma so I wouldn't have to be back and forth to my home state. I had explained that I had taken it for x amount of years and I was just needing the prescription. Dr. Keoppel refused to prescribe it and instead tried to give me a prescription that I had said wasn't good for my mental health. Why would you give a patient a medication that they said wasn't good for them and not just stick with what they have been taking for years with no issue? She could had easily called my Doctor back home and spoken with her to clarify that it wasn't "pill searching" and that I was just trying to make my life easier, instead of commuting 5 hours every 6 months to get it refilled. Just because other individuals have "addictive" personalities and have issues doesn't mean you should assume that of others. I would suggest looking somewhere else for a primary care doctor, where you aren't just a number and she actually will listen to your needs. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time."

Ciera helped me get checked in and was very kind and actually listened to my concerns, different some some other “get them in, get them out” offices I’ve experienced. Dr. K was also super friendly and had great advice for dealing with my health issues.
