"At first the experience in Dr Jia's office was great. He wrote me a prescription to help with the issues I've been having. I've went to the pharmacy twice to try to get my prescription filled. The office never sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I have tried to call integris urology multiple times about it. I keep getting a voicemail box saying to leave a message and they'll get back to me. I haven't received a call back. I live an hour away and I don't have the resources to go up to the office. It doesn't take much to call a patient back. Just wish I could get my prescription filled."
