"I have been seeing Dr. Jeri Claunch since 2010 I believe that’s when I started seeing Jeri . Best decision I’ve made for a pain management doctor and general care doctor. He listens and try’s he best to help me with my pain management. His hands are tied bc of the new government rules. But he does what he can to help me . I have referred people to him. Dnt know what I would do if he decided he didn’t want to do pain management anymore. I TELL EVERYONE DR. JERI CLAUNCH IS THE BEST!!!!Jessica he’s nurse she’s the best. Has there been hiccups yes no one is perfect! But they try their best to fix the problem. The receptionist are very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Tupper’s office is great and very friendly and helpful. Broke my wrist on Friday night and sent him a text and he answered right away asked me to send him a picture of the X-ray and had me in Surgery on Monday."

"Dr. Tupper and his staff are very kind, warm, down to earth people who treat me like family. In the last 4 appointments, I've only had to wait >5 minutes once. Dr. Tupper's bedside manner is top notch/ideal. He conversates with you in layman term and does not make you feel rushed in any way. His entire practice makes it obvious his priority is quality care over financial gain. I've had a couple orthopedic doctors prior and I'm so glad I found him and his staff. Thank you all for continuous wonderful experiences."

"PA Jere is very knowledgeable, yet if your insurance needs additional info your just out of luck… I dread the refill process with them."

"Let's start out with the doctors there and a couple staff member are fantastic. The issue is with everyone else who deals with patients, like the receptionists, are very poor at communication, poor customer service, and don't seem to care at all about people. If you have a bill over $100 they won't refill your prescription. That's fine, the problem is that they won't tell you that they won't fill it, till you go to fill it. I request a refill monthly, and I had absolutely no warning that they would stop refilling my prescription till that bill was paid on. For some situations, that can't be done at the drop of a hat. I will now run out of my medication due to the poor communication that they have. When you ask them to send in enough to get you by in order to figure out how to give them money and make an appointment, they won't do it. So, stay on top of your bill, and don't try to contact them, and then you will probably be fine. I, however, will never return. I hope the doctor I typically see, leaves, and goes somewhere else so I can return to him. Until then, I'll be taking my business else where."
