"Not sure what happened. The providers are great. My issue is with the contact lenses person. I misplaced my trial (sample) she told the receptionist that I had to make an entire new appointment. I’ve already waited a week for it to come in. I expected since it was the same one I was wearing that I wouldn’t have to be fitted again. This seems like poor quality care to make the patient come in for another appointment to just to pick up something up a lenses that has already been working."
