"Your store in Guthrie Oklahoma is the absolute worst store I've ever seen in my life. The only way to get your prescription is to wait in the drive through. I waited an hour and 20 minutes only to find out that They are not conpractice through the v. A. And they wanted me to pay over a $100 for my prescription. Even though I went there earlier today and they said it would not be an issue. If it wasn't an emergency. I wouldn't even have wasted my time. I could promise you one thing I will never in my life go to another Walgreens."

"The drive thru line is literally wrapped around the store. The inside is not open. Do better Walgreens! Time to find a new pharmacy."

I've had this encounter with her enough times to know she isn't just having a bad day. Maybe customer service isn't the best job suited for her. Switching to Cornwell now."

"I needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. My doctor called my prescription in but a common antibiotic they could not get for 4 days. So they called my doctor and got a different one. So I had to wait until the next day, went to pick it up and they only had a few, had to come back the next day they had a few more. They ordered more and I went to pick it up a couple days later and it was not ready. Waited and then they said sorry we are going to look lunch. Came back 30 minute yes later and finally got the last 4 pills. 5 tries to get one prescription filled. Inept. After 30 years of using Walgreens I am done."
