"I spent almost SIX hours up here, just to be given my money back and told to go somewhere else. The lady is really nice but she takes forever to ask you any question and write notes, a 2 hour process took me 5 hours on a Friday, and had to come back the next Monday for another almost hour, just for her to not even complete my paperwork. Complete waste of time, and I seen someone said something about fraud and extortion, I would not recommend."

"FRAUD AND EXTORTION DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!! The assessor gave the wrong paper that DPS will not accept after paying 160 dollars called them to tell them this and they refuse to give the correct paper telling me I have to get a completely new assessment done for another 160 dollars but this time they will leave out the recommendations since I already did it.... Ummmm WHAT?!!!! This lady is really gonna charge me 160 for the correct paper!!! So I'm being extorted for another 160 dollars because you didn't give me the right paper? NO!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!! She chargers 40 dollars per page to get a copy if you lose yours she calls it her "non-profit finders fee", and make sure it's the right one that DPS requires cause if it's not she's gonna charge you another 160 for a new assessment when in reality it's just for them to fix their own mistake by giving you the correct paper and make more money off of you!"
