"It was a good visit with the insurance lady, medical assistant and the NP. First visit went well. Everyone is very friendly, concerned and efficient. I'm a very noncompliance person, if I think their just pushing treatment or medication for insurance, I will say something. It doesn't seem to be that kind of clinic, but I will update after my next two visits."

"They are terrible and uncaring. I have a lot of Health issues. I ask them if they could handle my complex issues. They said yes which was far from the truth. The 1st visit they acted so nice. The patient relations manager, Kayla Ciulla said if I had any issues, I could come and talk to her at any time. Well on my third visit with nurse practitioner, Tillman while I was there at the appointment, I was asking her some questions she got up and had her hand on the door like she was impatient they advertise how they listen and they’re caring so to me that’s uncaring and rude to get up and put your hand on the door when somebody is still talking to you and it took. four times for me to go up there for her to call in my medication that I needed because I hadn’t had any in a month. Several times I have called to ask questions I was promised to get a call back. Nothing happened the patient relations manager the first time when I had the issue went up there she talked to me all the other times. When I asked to talk to her, she blew me off. She said she would call she never called Tillman ordered a Zio heart monitor on me. I called the company they said the results has been sent back to their office 2 1/2 weeks ago. No call back to set up an appointment to tell me what the test results are. We are talking about my heart which I think it would be important to know. I wouldn’t take my dog to that place!!!!!!"
