"At this time the staff at the South Tulsa location is more than unprofessional. My son had been taking swim tank private lessons from Coach Pete Pruitt for about six months, and he was excellent. However, 2-3 weeks ago staff was changed without any notice to parents. The new woman coach named Taylor is very arrogant, and not focused on students during private (expensive) swim tank lessons. She literally walked out of the swim tank area to get a bucket of water and teach someone how to clean the windows. My son looked at me like what’s going on! Then when I asked if there were any other swim tank instructors, we were signed up for a trial with Coach Eudey on Feb. 2, 2024. Then I received a very rude call from the woman instructor, Taylor, that would not be possible. She insisted we do the “trial” lesson on 1/26/2024. When I explained that my son had a swim meet out of town that weekend, she totally ignored this fact still insisting the swim tank trial lesson be that Friday. Unbelievable, unprofessional, and just downright dense. For now we are done with Miller. They may be able to handle swim lessons for younger kids, but when you have a teenager who has made State for three years, and who wants to focus on more advanced stroke techniques, sadly Miller Swim School is dropping the ball. We so much miss Coach Pete Pruitt! I can no longer recommend Miller for their swim tank lessons."

"We had a previous poor experience with a different swim school. When we came to Miller I explained our past experience and was met with reassurance and care for our situation. They helped my daughter overcome her fear of the water. Every instructor has been phenomenal. The deck supervisors really care about the kids and what level/ instructor they will do best with. I’ve been blown away time after time with the amount of care and attention they give to each individual student. My kids are growing to be confident swimmers because of Miller Swim School. I recommend them to anyone looking to give their children a truly life saving skill!"

"Safety is important. However this school will not refund your money if you need to cancel the swim lessons! And when you call almost every week since the last week of May trying to find out why they haven't refunded in which THEY said they were processing, they stop returning your phone call and still won't refund your money! I DO NOT recommend this place!"

Most of all Sarah V at the front desk is literally my hero. Her patience, understanding, and the natural care she has to help is inspiring. Thank you all so much and I wouldn't recommend any other place than Miller Swim School!!"

"My 4yo (lvl A1) and 12 yo (lvl 4)daughters have been attending Miller Swim School since June 2021. Both of my girls are little fish and love being in the water. This afternoon, my 4yo was helping me scoop leaves out of our in-ground pool while I was vacuuming it out. Normally I have her wear a life jacket when she helps me, but she had literally just picked up the scoop and started helping. She was on the deep end, reached too far for a leaf and fell in. I rushed over prepared to jump in after her, but she was already to the wall. Our pool is 12ft deep, she fell in next to the diving board, kicked herself up and swam to the edge as her instructors have taught her. I reached in and pulled her up. She came up with a big smile and said, “Mama! I swam to the wall when I fell in! I did it!” I am so proud of her and grateful to the instructors at Miller Swim School for instilling the skills and confidence in my girls to become strong swimmers. I’m loving watching them both grow!"
