"Rating based on customer service alone. Made inquiries about services, submitted the paperwork, and was told I would receive a follow up after an insurance benefit check. I received it back after 2-3 weeks with none of my insurance insurance information on there and it had me listed as self pay. I reached out to my initial contact explaining this discrepancy and she told me she doesn't handle that and someone should call me but they never did. . I called and left a voice mail on 11/22 and never received a response. It is incredibly frustrating."

"This place was wonderful before Hopebridge took over. I will say, turnover was pretty high when we were there,. We were going 3 hours a day, and hopebridge thought it would great to put every child on a block schedule, so 3 hours went 5!! Even in the summer time, my child wouldn't get to enjoy summer break, as he'd be in therapy all day, no exception, everyone was expected to attend 5 hours. There is no playground, outside or inside, if that is something you'd prefer. The office manager was often short and not willing to work with parents or schedules. They want you all in or move to the next person on the list. I had promises of having them call and put us back on the wait list after summer break to get back in and haven't received a call,email, or any type of correspondence. Hopebridge seems like a company that merely focuses on how many kods they can get in and for the longest amount of time, they do not focus individually on the child. The therapist we had was awesome, she really tried and cared for her kiddos and we miss her! Overall, we had great improvements, but Hopebridge kinda ruined AIM therapy when they took over with their greedy approach to therapy."

"My daughter benefits a great deal from the ABA service provided by the clinic. The staff/technicians are super nice and caring. Special thanks to Cierra, Lillian, Jacob, Summer, Bree, Summer, Callie, Lindsey, Kaylee, Madi and many others for your time, energy, perseverance, and attention to my daughter (sorry if I miss any names). You all are great for giving out each day to help my daughter and other kids. I would recommend ABA therapy to any parents having kids with special needs. The sooner you get your child in, the better it is. It's a life-long benefit your child will thank you for. Not all children will benefit (or benefit to a certain degree), but you need to give it a try. Autism is a such a wide spectrum disorder. I would try anything to help my daughter. Good luck."

"I won’t get into the details because there’s no point. They have wasted enough of our time as it stands. Don’t trust or wast your time dealing with the staff or administrators of this facility! There are other better facilities that won’t waste your time and energy! Your kids will be better off!! I would give them “ No Stars” if we could!"
