"The prescribing physician isn't even in Oklahoma Everything was televisit from Florida at the time Their billing department is horrible Nothing at all good to say really You can't even get through to them most of the time their counciling is a joke at best In my opinion I definitely wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone"

"They started out pretty good but have lost their grounding. They do not care about patients, and it seems like they still cannot get a grasp on how to run a practice (see all of the old reviews about that). Cannot spend 2 minutes to answer one question, but they can spend 20 minutes writing you an email on an unsecure server. They don't get how to deal with regular people, much less people in crisis or not at their best. They do more harm than good. When you point that out, they will cowardly state that you compromised the relationship. So, the bottom line is that they can harm patients as much as they want, but if you stand up to them you are the problem. ADIOS!!"

"When I first walked in as a new patient, I went to the wrong waiting room, signed in on a clipboard and did not see anyone at the desk to greet me. However, a doctor, when calling for her next patient, asked me who I was here to see and pointed me in the right waiting room. I waited for maybe 10 minutes for Dr. Melissa Troy. The staff in her waiting room were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. After having my appointment with Dr. Troy, I felt so relieved that I had finally found someone who did not diminish any symptoms I had, truly listened, and explained everything with ease. She referred me to other helpful places in the OKC metro, helped with medicine issues, and most importantly, was so kind and understanding. I am so grateful. "

"Dr Hill referred my niece to Dr. Lewis (same office). Dr Lewis' staff will not answer the phone and will absolutely not return phone calls even though their outgoing message says they will call you in 24 hours. We have made numerous calls and left multiple messages over the past 2 weeks and still have not heard a word. Niece made an appointment with another clinic who asked her to arrange for her records to be transferred from Dr. Hill. Now her secretary isn't answering the phone or returning calls. And my niece had the same experience with a counselor in the same building. I would advise you only consider going to these people if you can go long periods without being seen and are absolutely sure you will never have a situation arise where you need immediate assistance. I shudder to think what might happen if one of their patients were to become suicidal."
