"I have been going here for years! And I absolutely love them. The front desk is very dry lol but the nurse I get every time is such an amazing person she been there for ever. I only hate that you have to leave a voicemail to schedule because no one ever calls back. Like NO ONE. I’ve called literally once or twice a month to get in since December and nothing still too this day."
"I'm kind of nervous that I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at their office after having surgery a week ago. I'm supposed to have a follow up appointment 2 weeks post op. I'm still in a lot of pain and I ran out of the prescribed pain medicine this morning. I would love it if someone would call me back."
"My first appointment went fine for my first ultra sound, they advised me that they would call me with my next appointment for a specialist because I am high risk. A week goes by and I get nothing. I called them and asked about it, but this time the OU specialist building, and they said they were looking at my chart and would call me by the end of the week. It’s now two weeks, I don’t know when my next appointment is, and I’m having some concerns about my health that I’m experienced, that I’ve expressed to the nurse. If I could change hospitals, I would. I get they have a lot of patients, but that’s literally why you exist. Do better."
"Nurse Alyson and Dr Davis were amazing at making me feel comfortable at my visit and addressing all of my concerns. I honestly am surprised to see such negative commentary about the front desk staff because they were very kind to me. I was in the waiting room for only about 20 minutes and my visit was very fast. I am quite impressed and happy to be a new patient at this clinic!"
"You have to drive around to the back of the building and hopefully find a handicap parking spot, if it's full then there's a parking garage behind it also. The women's clinic is located on the 3rd floor with elevators and stairs available. Big lobby to wait and is usually full of people. The receptionist and check out lady are not personable, it's business only...no greeting, no smiles, no how are you doing.. basically you give them your cards then sit and wait to be checked in. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and knowledgeable, helpful. Once you're in your clinic room time goes by pretty quick. It's really not a bad place..they just need to work on getting their office ladies to be more approachable, friendlier, at least smile act like they enjoy being there...they're my only complaint."
