"I've had some good experiences and some bad experiences here. My bad experience consists of them putting off diagnosing my conditions. I've been to their office on more then one occasion for the same issues and still to this day I am still suffering from the same issues and they billed my insurance every single time. Well either my insurance got tired of being charged for the samething kinda of visit over and over again that they now refused to pay or Gallary Medical Group never billed my insurance at all but this office now refuse to see me because I am left with a balance. I am on a fixed income so its hard to pay. My insurance says that Gallary Medical Group never sent in the claim to this day.( My insurance cover 100% of my health expenses) Getting in contact with GMG so called billing department is impossible to do because the front desk don't answer the phone anymore. You have to do everything online now. Which also sucks. All this and I still don't know what's going on with me. I've been to the urgent care and to the ER and its really important now to see my primary care physician so that I can share with them the findings from the er and develop a plan to get back healthy...but like I said they are refusing to see me until I get the billing thing taking care of but again it's hard getting the person in billing on the phone since they say she have many jobs there. This is NOT how you should treat your patient. If you are a doctor. You should be doing all that you can to make sure your patient's health needs are met close as 100% as possible. If you get over overwhelmed you should consider stop taking new patients for the moment because theirs no way should your patient come into your office multiple times for help and walk out with no treatment plan to getting better but yet accumulated debt to the point where you wont even see the patient anymore. Shame, Shame, Shame Gallary Medical Group you are part of the big problem in the world today and you have GOT to do better! GMG you are on NOTICE. On the other hand the doctors can be friendly, well knowledgeable for the most part, wait time is short mostly , getting meds refilled is painless and the actual office is welcoming and clean. "We love this place! The staff are very friendly and it has a very comforting home feel. Plus, the Dr has a cute little dog that roams around and greets people.
