"My son has been attending this location for the summer session. From Andrea at the front desk to Coach Pete stepping in for my kiddo when his instructor couldn't make it, I have been super pleased. Lily is my kiddo's regular instructor and today at the end of my son's session she told me, he was "very brave" and "I read that nonverbal kids like to be told what's happening and what's coming so I used that during his time today." To hear that someone who only spends 20 minutes a week with my autistic son went out of their way to learn how to teach him best absolutely warmed my heart. Thank you Lily!"

"This business has been charging me long after we finished our son's last lesson. I have had to report it to my bank multiple times as well as speak to the manager at the swim school, reassuring me it would be resolved. I am still receiving charges from them. So I will be reporting these charges fraudulent with my bank."

"I signed up my two children (3 and 5 year old) for semi private lessons here, with coach Laura. Their company policy claims that they have a “no dunking policy,” but unfortunately that is not the case. My three your old told Laura, “Please don’t pull me under water, I’m still scared to do that.” And not two seconds later, Laura grabbed my child and pulled him under water!!! She claimed that this is the fastest way to get a child comfortable with the water. But her actions have caused son to become extremely afraid of the water, and he will repeatedly beg us “please don’t pull me underwater,” even though we never have, and never would. Laura actions were traumatizing, and extremely disrespectful to my son. When I talked to management about the incident, she said that this is the way that all swim instructors teach children how to swim. I have talked to numerous other swim instructors from other swim schools, about what happened, and they have all said that Laura’s actions were completely inappropriate, and they have never taught a child to swim this way. This was such an awful experience."

"Mr. Payne (sp?) was amazing with my children. It is the first time I've ever watched someone actually teach swimming & breathing techniques. My son has a very short attention span at times and actually has some sensory processing difficulties that also manifest in his ability to cross his midline and complete other physical tasks. Again, Mr. Payne worked with him, in different ways with different approaches, to get him to circle his arms. I am an elementary school teacher and I can tell you with 100% confidence, I would have him on my team any day. All of the employees are super kind and facility is CLEAN!! Love being able to watch through the glass."

"My son loves the instructors and so do I! They take all proper precautions to keep all the swimmers safe. I have felt confident with him taking lessons for the past 7 months during Covid. My son’s swimming skills have improved dramatically! I highly recommend!"
