"Excellent experience with them. I brought in two sick kiddos and the nurse, Rachel, was amazing with them. They chatted her up and she listened and interacted with them in a way that made them feel so comfortable. Hailey was the doctor who saw them and she was also so kind and thorough. She let them listen to her stethoscope, which made their day. I would 100% recommend this place. The whole process took less than an hour, and that included testing."

"This was my first time coming and it was also my last. The check in lady was so nice, she made small talk and was friendly. The LPN was also nice and friendly. I thought i was gonna have a really good experience but i thought wrong. The LPN told me that it shouldn’t be long because there were 2 people in front of us. We waited at least an hour just to be seen by a nurse practitioner . The nurse practitioners name was Autumn. She was in a way rude to me. Her facial expressions said everything, she gave me a look as in I was dumb. She didnt give me a lot of information and just left the room without saying anything. It was so unprofessional. I thought that she was gonna come back but she didnt and the LPN came back with just a piece of paper. Everyone but the nurse practitioner was friendly. She made my experience horrible"

"This place was awesome. Receptionist was extremely helpful. The nurse was nicer than anyone I have ever dealt with. Nurse Practitioner made me feel as if i was the most important patient she had. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I would recommend coming here than going to the ER in Purcell if you can."

"First visit. Checked in a little before 5pm. Lady at the front helped get me checked in. She was GREAT!! 15 min later I was called back. Nurse took the vitals, etc. I walked out of my room at 6pm. Never seen a Dr. I was the only person there btw. Not to Urgent that’s for sure. I will be watching to see if my insurance gets a bill."
