"I called to make a fist time vet appointment for my dog. Had a great conversation with the receptionist made the appointment for the following Friday in the am. I never got a call to remind me of the appointment so I called to double check and they processed to tell me that they have all of my info but never made a appointment. So now I'm looking for a vet again. No way I'm going to play these games."

"We are the voices for our pets. They can't tell us when they are sick or hurt. Those we entrust with their care are also their voice and this staff broke that trust by lying. I will never bring another pet here. I will never refer anyone to this clinic. I understand diagnosing and such is hard with animals, but honesty is just something a decent human being should be able to do. They don't deserve even one star."
"Are 13 year old rescue. Was a huge part of my family for 10 years. Her health literally downhill overnight. I called all over town. no one had an opening in the next three days. They fit us in that day quickly and she was able to pass comfortably with family by her side. Staff was wonderful,caring, supportive. We will return.
