"The office person I spoke with (8 months ago) about scheduling my first appointment was very kind, understanding and helpful! She stated that she would be "mailing new patient paperwork" to me. I received that paperwork within days. So far, my experience (phone only) with this clinic has been good. I'm looking forward to my first visit with Dr. Kahn on 1/29/24."

"i’ve always had issues with them not being very kind, not answering me about serious concerns, or forgetting to send my prescriptions in completely. as someone with 2 different autoimmune diseases i was told i didn’t need labs for 6 MONTHS because one of them was normal and i was in “remission” now, and to call if i started to feel unwell. when i began to get sick again after only a couple months, i messaged them for lab orders, and they told me i’m wrong and that i need to go to my regular doctor. a huge waste of time because of course my thyroid is extremely high, just as i told them. it’s now been a week and still no prescription, no answer on the phone, no answer on the app. graves’ disease kills people. over the past months while they have completely hung me out to dry, my disease activity has been so high that i’ve now developed a THIRD autoimmune disease. i now need a rheumatologist as well. i’m going to be switching once i get my prescription."

"Holy cow ! Why is the office staff so rude ??? My doctor sent a referral and told me if I hadn’t heard anything in a weeks time to call and get my appointment set up. I called for several days in a row with no answer each time. So I left a message on Thursday, for a call back on Tuesday. The girl literally goes “you left a message”… well my message said very clearly what I needed but ok..so I explain myself again and she goes “oh that’s not my department. They will call you when they process your referral” I explained it was an urgent matter and I need a biopsy to which she responded “well that’s not My department and you have to wait for them to call. “… I asked if she knew how long it would be and her response !?!? “They are behind. They are still processing from December. If it’s that urgent that you can’t wait you should call Another doctors office.” I said “excuse me?” Because I was caught way off guard by not only what she said, but her tone and she goes “yeah, you really should go ahead and find a to her doctors office”. This was my first ever interaction with them while I am waiting for a very large mass on the thyroid to be biopsied and already worried and stressed. Geez."
