"I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Nguyen for a couple of years now. I was referred to him by my previous family doctor (from a different facility) when they moved away. I have been incredibly happy to have Dr. Nguyen as my doctor! It is clear that he puts in a lot of work to keep up with new research and best practices, so I always trust that I am getting the best possible care. He takes time to get to know you and never seems to busy to answer a question. He also explains his decisions and recommendations. He doesn't just say, "I'll write you a prescription for _____. Bye!", instead, he walks you through his process of thinking so that you know *why* he chose a particular route. I have asked plenty of questions (probably a few dumb ones), and he has always responded with the perfect blend of kindness and straightforwardness--he isn't afraid to be blunt and honest when it is in your best interest, and it feels like he is really looking out for you.
