"Was a horrible experience the psychiatrist was amazing… front desk and everyone else are rude when you actually get them on the phone ! Had to reschedule an appointment and couldn’t not get anyone one the phone , I don’t recommend"

"Dr Garner is the worst psychiatrist I've ever dealt with and I WILL be filing a case with the psychiatrists board of licenses. If it weren't for my husband stretching out his NARCOTICS he'd being in the freaking hospital right now having seizures!!!! He's been out for almost a week because Mel Garner wants to not show up for an appointment and BLAME us for being late when we were ten minutes early. After being with her for TWO YEARS! TWO YEARS people. So she knows my husband and myself by now. This is unacceptable behavior for a psychiatrist. Not to mention that the front receptionist Brittany never wants to answer the phone so you can even reschedule an appointment. This is the worst service I've delt with and she should NOT be a psychiatrist. It's your job to diagnose someone's mental illnesses not to judge someone based on HOW THEY LOOK ON THE OUTSIDE!!!!! we will be filing a case complaint. Since the office doesn't want to answer.... This is something I hope no ONE else has to go through so please stay away from the Holloway group. There are nicer and much more qualified and better trained people out there."

She genuinely looks at me as an individual and gives care that is specific to me, while also advising me and taking my experience/feelings into account. "RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. I will start by saying Dr. Emila Gardner was great and she listened to what I had to say and really seemed to try to help us cause clearly something was not working for us. The Receptionist/ other staff were absolutely horrible. She was very rude and condescending. If I could contact corporate I would, because for a place that takes on mental health this is not what they need representing their company. Honestly if this continues we will go somewhere else. This is ridiculous to be treated in such a way when all I wanted was some mental health help. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
