"This company is called the hollow way group. They give poor service my mom has been calling and the person upfront don’t answer any calls or calls back, Eva used to be a receptionist here and she was really good! It’s not the same anymore. So if you like to get ignored this is the place to go.."

"My Doctor referred me to this place but after reading some of the reviews about the office staff. I am a bit worried I to will be ignored when needing meds appointments or just to ask a question sense the staff does not return calls or fill meds. The Doctors have good reviews."

"Never return calls or voicemails. They start you on all kids of meds, then never respond to refill requests by the pharmacy or the patient. I was put on Wellbutrin then forced to stop cold turkey after being on it for 3+ months because they would not respond to any of my calls or voicemails. I went through horrible withdrawals. They also had me do unnecessary labs, then refused to fill out a Letter of Medical Necessity so my insurance would cover the labs. I’m out $400+ and in a worse mental health state than when I started coming here. Avoid this place!"

"This office does not care about you as an individual. Multiple calls and messages left and no return call. I'm done. All the billing errors, charging you for co-pays you've already made, rude office staff and no apologies or respect. How sad for a mental health office. Going elsewhere for an office and staff that has your interest at heart. They aren't what mental health should be. Go elsewhere. So sad. They do not care, that's very obvious."

"I have a really great provider; Dr Melissa Andrade is absolutely wonderful and listens to every bit of information I provide her with and deliberates carefully on what can help. However the problem is the Holloway group. Ever since merging her private practice with them, it’s been nothing but inconsistency. They’ll cancel appointments randomly or won’t even answer the phone. I left a voicemail 2 weeks before my appointment and it never got answered. Horrible communication"
