"Strange group of individuals, I called to ask if I was in the system… I was put on hold and when the receptionist got back to me she told me about a bill, so I guess that confirmed that I was in the system. I was told to contact Debbie ….Debbie told me to contact a collection agency which I did . When I contacted the collection agency they said my bill was paid off in 2020, I call back within the same hour to set an appointment and the new reason why I couldn’t be seen is because my account had been terminated Which is interesting because at first it was because of debt . These people sound strange, and they sound like they have a preference of people That they prefer to see!"

"Doctor Rebecca Faulkner allowed my blood pressure medicine to run out. I had to borrow blood pressure medicine from someone else. I called Dr. Faulkner office several times and so did the pharmacy. We were ignored for weeks. Then they let my estrogen run out for about 2 weeks. I called them several times. Craig the manager at Walgreens on NW63rd and Macarthur called them more than once. In frustration he told me he does not understand why every time he calls over there they say all they can do is just take a message and can not approve the refill like other medical offices do, especially since this has been going on for weeks. He further said he cannot make them call back and unfortunately they're not returning his calls. Chris, the other pharmacist gave me paperwork to take to Dr. Faulkner's office about expired refills. It didn't help me. My diabetic husband was given a prescription by Dr. Faulkner for Farxiga. The pharmacy contacted Dr. Faulkner's office to let them know it wasn't approved. She needed to answer some questions for the insurance company to get it approved. She was notified by the pharmacy numerous times and by us. Six months later and she never took care of it nor responded to any of us. They seldom apologize and usually blame the pharmacy. The lady that works in back at the doctor's office told me they have people calling in all the time because they're not getting their refills. On one occasion, she apologized to me and said that my refill request got put on the bottom of the stack. Which doesn't make sense because she had the request for 3 weeks. Another time she told me that her that fax does not work properly. Anyway, if this is brought up to Dr. Faulkner she will tell you that you do not have faith in them. She has no problem lying right to your face and telling you it's the pharmacy's problem when it's been confirmed it's not. She will say and do anything other than take responsibility and fix the problem. Her concern is not my/your health, her concern seems to be her ego. She is not trustworthy, nor reliable. The pharmacist told me many times to find a different family doctor. I and well aware she will not take care of problems. She is a professional and sweeping them under the rug."

"This office is my primary care doctor. I’ve been going to them a number of years. They take excellent care of me, are proactive about my health and are kind and compassionate. I don’t know how anyone could ever write a bad review about their care."
