"I would recommend you look elsewhere for service. When I went, it took over ten days for them to get it filed after a complaint call. The phone number on file was disconnected. Was lied to multiple times and blamed for it, taking so long. Feel like things could have been handled way better. When I'm 90% positive, I just fell through the cracks and was forgotten about."

The young lady at the front desk was awesome, very kind and polite and the best part is they did everything, and 72hrs later my app was submitted and approved! If your serious about getting your card i highly recommend coming here and have recommended to several pts and family. The doc was super professional and polite.took 24hrs to turn in app and had my new card in a week total time"

When I had to call them and ask what the problem was, there was zero sincerity in the weak apology I got. I paid 230 for them to do everything for me and had to dog them to get it done."
