"I made an appointment to have a cat spayed (2/1). I then called to confirm the time a few days prior and they couldn't find the appointment so I made another appointment (2/8). They called me the day before the 1st appointment to confirm it (1/31). I called them back to ask about which appointment was the one scheduled and was told the second appointment (2/8) was all they had but the voicemail they left me (asking me to come in 2/1) proved different. I just couldn't get a straight answer which made me not trust them with my animal."

"if you are in an emergency I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I lost my sweet baby all because they didn’t take action when they seen her condition. and one of the women that works there has the audacity to tell me “she probably wouldn’t have made it through surgery anyways”"
