"I had my bariatric surgery in Colorado in 2018. I moved back to the metro in 2023 and have had a few complications from my original RNY gastric bypass. After a CT at another hospital confirmed the issue, Lara and Dr. Nelson were quick to respond and ensure that I was okay. I am still dealing with issues; however, I do feel confident with my care at the Journey Clinic. It is good to know that their patients will have quality healthcare both BEFORE and AFTER weight loss surgery. I will highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with weight loss - both surgical and non surgical."

"It is Christmas/Holiday season and I absolutely hate doing this but I must say, this is the WORSE treatment I have ever ever ever received, in my entire life in all of my interactions with medicine; Having lived in Europe, UK, all over the U.S., I HAVE interacted with a lot of this department. Journey clinic is WORSE! Unprofessional, lack knowledge, unkind, inefficient, rude, I honestly don't know where to begin. It is tragically sad. Only call them if you want a cup of trigger for your mental health issues. STAY AWAY From this place."

"I know they are busy and have a huge workload. But I realized after my second complication there is a reason they are packed they are very good at what they do. I had my original surgery with Farukhi, he was very patient and would take time to answer any of my questions if I brought someone with me he would answer all their questions they may have had. Nelson and Bathe found what was wrong for my first complication after five trips to the ER, always call them first like I said they are good at what they do, they called as soon as they found it. Then my gallbladder went on the fritz and I got to meet Atkins, I had a small mental breakdown and she was so sweet and understanding at a time I know I was being a pain. I feel very safe knowing this is my team behind me."
