"JFA is family oriented with a group of instructors that are welcoming and knowledgeable. The students are helpful and fun to work around. It is never too late to start from scratch or to get involved if you've been there and done that, but it's been a while. Martial arts is a great discipline for all ages and helps teach focus, dedication, and hard work. It is engaging and challenging, both physically and mentally. You can work at your own pace and there is never any pressure to level up. However the instruction is always available for anyone wanting to learn more with optional weapons training and weekend practice days scheduled."
