"They do not value HIPPA guidelines, the doctors/nurses will gossip about patients and their personal medical problems around other members of staff. Overall just a very toxic & messy environment. 0/10 would not recommend being treated here, there are plenty of other great gynecologists/OBGYNs in the area. Hope this helps!"

"I like my doctor well enough, despite dated interior of the offices. However, calling the office for any reason requires talking to the rudest, most apathetic staff. There is no interest in scheduling new patient appointments, no sympathy for any ongoing problem, medical or otherwise. These are the coldest, huffiest, least considerate people I’ve ever had the displeasure of contacting. It’s almost not worth it. Of the dozen calls I’ve made over my time as a patient there, not a single one has been pleasant, enthusiastic, or kind. Trash customer care. Will not refer to them because of it. Fix your business, Lakeside! You’re dealing with the happiest and saddest parts of peoples lives and the approach of your staff is disgusting."

"I went to see Dr. West after a couple uncomfortable visits to other doctors. He and his staff are simply amazing. Dr. West is informative, pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly went to work identifying a medical issue, treating it and laying out the frame work for next steps. His staff returned calls, made sure I had what I needed and worked with me on rescheduling as needed. Everyone involved in my care made me feel important and truly cared for. I am 60 years old which adds up to a lot of well woman exams. Dr. West and his staff rate at the very top of my satisfaction and reliability scale. I hope insurance allows me to stay under Dr. West and his team's care for years to come."
