"My name is Sherri. I came in as a last ditch effort and was extremely hopeless. I have worked with multiple doctors, went through months of PT, tried various exercising, had a few invasive procedures and was still in continual pain. Then I met Hayden. Hayden asked what I use to be able to do, that I can no longer do. I use be able to bend over and pick up my 22 lb dog, I use to be able to bend over and get a pan out of the oven and unload my dishwasher, without pain. Hayden asked me to stand up, bend over and touch my toes. When I stood to bent over, I could barely reach mid-shin. After a few other test, he told me I had a “load intolerance.” He looked right in the eyes and said, you are not without hope and we can fix this. Hayden and the staff diligently worked with me to get me back to the normal day to day task. He pushed me just hard enough but with compassion and always was optimistic and encouraging. I can now bend over and touch the ground and many other functions I struggled with. I am not at 100%, but I have the tools to keep getting me closer. A big thank you goes out to Cody, Aimee, Maddie and Dillon. I would give Hayden and PT Central 10 Stars if I could!"
