"A bad experience for sure. First thing, without even being asked why I was there or what care I needed, fill out these forms (6 pages) and I need your ID and health insurance cards... I stopped them right there and said I am unable to fill out the forms due to trouble with my hand. I explained that I needed a steroid shot for my tendon as my hand is locked up. Oh, we don't do that here. Why? We just don't. So, what should I do...maybe try a clinic connected to a hospital or something...really? It's obvious they just want their money and a shot isn't enough profit or something. Or...it takes more skill than they have. Either way I wouldn't go here for Band-Aids. 0 out of 10 would not go here...ever."

"This place only cares about money. I was seen last week Tuesday I called to do a follow up with the Dr about the treatment she diagnosed. I was told by the girl up front since it was a day past the 1 week mark I had to pay. And insurance would not pay. I told her it was in regards to the TX the Dr diagnosed me with. All she offered was a cough medicine but that wasn't even what I wanted I wanted to make sure my phenomena was getting better and to make sure I didn't need another round of antibiotics. I work in the medical field and unfortunately this is not based on insurance coverage it's based on patient care. Sad to see this place going down."

"I have used this location for roughly 7 years for all minor to semi serious medical conditions for my family of five. The staff from the doctors down to the med technicians up front are very professional and provide timely and accurate care. Best in Edmond."

"I went in because I didn’t feel good. Also I had spotted while being 8 weeks pregnant the night before. When the dr camp came in he wouldn't even get close to me. He proceeded to read why I was there which said, my throat was hurting and I spotted the night before. Which he ignored and said “I’ll send in antibiotics” and I said, “will it affect the baby” and he said oh you’re pregnant? I’ll send a safe antibiotic! Then I told him I had a rash on my elbows and he just looked at it and said oh and than I asked what about the spotting but by then he was out of the room. I walked out crying because I was so emotional. I called another doctor who got me in later that day, but 2 hours after I left this office dr camp called me to tell me he had just seen that I put down I spotted last night! I followed to tell him it’s fine I got in with another doctor and he said oh okay I’m sorry. Later that day I found out my baby had no heart beat! On top of that they sent me an invoice of $180! I hope you can start to actually read your paper work and not rush patients out of there! If you would of taken the time to do your job maybe we could of figured what was actually going on."
