"Phoung Nguyen is amazing at earwax removal and very helpful in how to keep ears clean after my six year old had waxy clogged ears. Great with children and helpful in any way she could be. Great customer service and a very nice environment."

"This office doesn’t know how to bill your insurance properly. And the only support option is to call via a business hours phone number staffed by people who are not properly trained on how to do their job and have no intentions of getting anything done to help you. I spoke to the same associate three times. Second time she told me “it shows your insurance denied the claim due to being out of network” - I insisted this was incorrect and that they didn’t bill it correctly but she refused to investigate at that point. Called back with my insurance provider on the line and the same lady discovered that I had no insurance on file (they never billed my insurance) - we provided all information necessary and was told to expect the correct bill within the week. It’s been two weeks and now I’m getting phone calls to pay the bill, which is impossible because I’ve never even received a bill in the mail!"

"I stood in line for 15 minutes before the I guess dr who had his door open looked at me. He asked if I had an appointment and I told him no. He asked the gentleman behind me who was getting a covid vaccine. After I said no he rolled back into his office without any direction on what I needed to do. I had to go to the pharmacy to ask what i needed to do before they told me to make an appointment on the kiosk. While I was doing this whoever the man was kept looking out the door without saying anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Wow. Just wow. Thanks for the help. Im a single mom with 2 kids so it is very important i find out if i have before they take it to daycare. Way to keep people safe. This blew my mind. Don't ever go gere"

"Horrible costumer service!!!! Do not go here! I checked online and it said “no wait” come in. I went in and checked in, no one was in the waiting room. I was there for about 15 mins when others arrived. 2 people that arrived after me had gotten help, by this time I’m pretty upset. I ask the PA, what’s going on if I arrived before them. She asked my name and check the system. I WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM!!!! She told me to sign in again... by this time I had been there for 30 mins. I signed in 2 more times. It still wouldn’t show me in the system. I tried my husbands name and BAM. It showed my name and 6 others all at the same time. There system is a waste of time, do not go there!!!! You’ll waste your time!"

"I have never written a review before, however I can’t let this stand. My wife took our sick daughter to get tested for the flu (she had a 103 degree fever and our son has a heart condition and the worst thing he could get is the flu). They arrived around 6:20 P.M. and had checked in over the phone and on the kiosk. There was a family before them and the screen said their wait was around 48 minutes. The family got taken care of and when it was their turn the doctor comes out and says they are closed. Really!? After she was waiting 48 minutes and was signed in. The hours say they are open until 7:30pm and it was only 7:15. Safe to say that they will never see us in this CVS ever again."
