"DO NOT trust the posted hours of operation to be accurate or in any way reliable. My husband tried to go in on a Friday, but they were closed that day for no specific reason. Just a sign on the door. And that's understandable, stuff happens. So we go again together on Saturday. He had been having stomach issues, so they sent us home with a stool collection kit to send off for testing. They say we just need to bring it back and they'll send it off. No problem! We get back home, he collects his sample, and we go back to drop it off that afternoon. We pulled up at 3:10, and their posted hours are from 11am to 4pm on Saturdays. My husband walks up to the door, and it's locked. The lights are off inside. No one responds to any knocking. They left early. So now we have a USED stool sample collection kit that we're just... stuck with?!?! Til Monday?!?!?! Absolutely not. Now, if anyone had mentioned to us as we were leaving, that "hey, we like to leave a bit earlier on Saturdays if it gets slow" then I could've been there by 2pm no problem. But I generally have the expectation that posted business hours are going to be followed, otherwise why not... I dunno... Change your posted hours??? I called the office at 3:15 and was automatically sent to their voicemail. I left a message explaining our situation, asking about if we can pick up a new kit on Monday (because that thing was NOT gonna sit in my house just brewing for a couple days), and I left both my husband's and my phone numbers so that they could get back to us... It is now 6pm on Monday, and we haven't heard anything back. If someone had contacted one of us, I wouldn't be posting this at all, but if they're not willing to take any kind of accountability for this, no apology, etc. then people deserve to be warned."

"This place was a life saver today. My child had been seen by her PCP the day before and was told she was fine, 12 hours later I had a 3 year old with a bleeding ear!! Frazzled is not a strong enough word for my state of mind. The front office lady (Sissy) was friendly and very compassionate with my crying in pain child. She was amazing had us checked in and back to room within 10 minutes, vitals taken and swabbed for all the things as soon as we got to the room. The APRN was in to see my daughter within 20 minutes of us getting to the room. By the time we made it to the pharmacy prescriptions were already there. A truly appreciative mom here!!"
