"ZERO stars rating for Dr. Douglas Durst‼️ If you're seeking an experience that will give you the one up on horrifying dental stories, then this is the place for you. All others should stay away. Dr Durst struggled terribly with a relatively simple dental procedure from start to giving up only after attempting to remove the root of a tooth he shattered and with a scalpel no less resulting in necessary sutures. I left his office absolutely terrified and headed immediately to Dental Depot where they took xrays, discovering the root still remained above the sutured gum. Dental Depot finished what Dr. Durst couldn't without issue or difficulty. I should add that Dr Durst billed my insurance for the extraction of that tooth, the whole tooth, despite it's incompletion."
