"I took all 3 of my dogs in for vaccines and was solicited a dental cleaning for my oldest dog. The employee told me the price and said it INCLUDED any extractions if necessary. Even the paperwork says it INCLUDES extractions. I went to pick him up and they hand me a REPORT for a VET to do 2 extractions that have cavities. Now I am having to pay a 2nd Vet for dental surgery and anesthesia for an 80# dog. We will have to fast and take more time off work to make this SECOND appointment. He's in pain and won't eat which was not the case until after they messed with the teeth."

"Not as expensive as most and the workers that greeted me were friendly. I understand this is an in-and-out clinic, but I definitely didn’t appreciate the state my cocker spaniel was in when I picked her up after getting spayed. Something that I assume was throw up was lining the outside of her mouth and she had throw up “bits” scattered around the ends of both her ears. Wasn’t very happy with that, I wish my puppy would’ve been treated with a bit more care. Other than that, she is healing well."

"The facility was clean, staff was friendly, my puppy came home after being spayed and did great. Her incision looks good, she did not appear to even be bothered by the surgery by the next morning. She got a free nail trim too! I would recommend taking your pup here for an affordable spay or neuter!"

We watched them make accommodations for people who were nervous about their pets and help them feel comfortable. Their office was efficient and the staff was very kind. Drop off and pick up was so easy. We even got to pick up our pup early! They called us when she was out of surgery and let us know how it went. Her recovery was so much better than I expected. She has healed quickly. They prepared us well to take great care of her and we are thankful! We had a wonderful experience :)"
