"I had to have a second visit due to abnormalities, which was not covered by insurance. I received the bill and called to make payment arrangements, unfortunately I didn’t get a name or confirmation number so my account was turned over to a collection agency. I called and they said they had no record of setting up a payment arrangement for me. Not happy with them."
"My drs office sent them my Mammo results & I called them twice to make appt, they never returned my calls When my dr called them back they said they never knew anything about it! Don't waste your time here. They don't care about anyone's health obviously! And shouldn't even be in business!"
"I had a mammogram on the 22nd and was called today about abnormalities. No ultrasound appointment available until April 24th. If it’s important enough to call me then it should be important enough to get me in next week. I have to wait a whole month in agony and stress. At INTEGRIS when they see abnormalities I was taken back in that instant and had the ultrasound. Someone looked at my images immediately with no need for 3D. They just upsell the 3D with no concern of my stress level."
"I have never experienced anything like what I experienced today. The back staff had no knowledge of what I was being seen for, I had to tell them. Then once I had an ultra sound the lady was like couldn’t you feel that huge lump. After ultra sound tells me to sit in green chair and will let me know my results. Zero compassion thank God was only a cyst. I’m not sure what I would have done if came back it was cancer. The chair side manner is awful."
"if there was a zero I wouldn't give them a zero of one is too good for this place. Ladies at the front desk are very rude. Will not be back lied to about just scheduling a ultra sound and not a 2nd mammogram. I asked for medical records has taken 30 minutes why the ladies at the front desk played on the internet and their phones and gossiped. Will not be back here horrible"
