"Billing office was very rude. They had the wrong insurance information noted on the bill. I called to make sure they had the correct information. The person told me that they would "update the information". Then I asked if it would be re-submitted, and they said no, and the tone they had from that point on was condescending. Rather than spending another second being treated like garbage, I exited the phone call and then paid in full via the online system."

"Dr. Moran was a wonderful doctor & followed him to this hospital after his residency. However, the hospital policy of “must cancel or reschedule appointment before 24 hours. No more than 3 cancellations if made after 24 hours in a single calendar year”, is insane. I called 3 different times, hours before my appointment, to reschedule my appointment due to job conflicts & family emergency. Legit reasons & reasons that are IMPOSSIBLE to see coming 24 hours before. Not once did the receptionist communicate to me about this 24 hour window or after 3 times the clinic would dismiss me. Dr. Moran & I were in the middle of doing my cancer survivor checkup’s since I was really past due so I had been seeing him almost every other week for two months straight. Until one day during my most recent visit, he discovered that I was being dismissed from the clinic due to not having changed my appointment 24 hours in advance. I tried to talk to the manager & she didn’t give a s***. She didn’t even try to understand. After years of trying to find a dependable Doctor who cares about his patients & had been a patient of Dr. Moran’s for 2 years, I am not unable to continue & was dismissed. Thrown out because of some unreasonable policy! I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed & upset in this city’s medical community than I am now. It’s clear that Integris doesn’t care about it’s patients, they care about money & policy. It’s a obvious how corrupted the system is. It’s sad."

"If you are think of just going to an ACTUAL hospital go. That’s what my boyfriend and I should have done the other night when his kidneys were hurting. We waiting over an hour to just watch three people who arrived after us to be rushed back within fifteen minutes of them being there. When I asked the receptionist a when he may be able to go back she told me they had just grabbed his information from up front and to “not loose hope”. Well I ended up having to rush my boyfriend to mercy hospital. We barely made it in time to his white blood cell count was out the roof and was rushed RUSHED into surgery. The audacity of these people. Just go somewhere else."

"The staff are great! So nice and respectful and they don’t take long calling you back to your room and Dr. Jennifer Semore is a very good doctor, they are also caring and compassionate when it comes to their patients."
