"My family and I LOVE Cato's Fashion! My mom took me here for a birthday outfit! As you can see I love cheetah print! We were able to even get shoes and they are so comfortable! We had to go to another Cato's for the necklace but it has so close in the next town (Claremore to Catoosa, OK). We had the best service at both locations! I also had to try on the sunglasses for fun before getting a couple pairs. I had the greatest experience at Cato's and the prices are GREAT!!"

"My husband and I came in last Saturday night and were completely ignored by the 2 women in the store. When we walked in, the only other customers there were just about to leave. He and I were there for more than 5 mins, no other customers in the store, and no one greeted us or acknowledged us. At one point I walked up to the dressing room and waited to be helped. I looked over at the 2 women who were just hanging/folding clothes, and one looked at me but did not bother to come help me. I put the clothes back and my husband and I left. I felt ignored and less important than the hanging/folding or the customers who were there when we walked in. Very disappointed in my experience."
