"The staff can be friendly and helpful, although it's very difficult to get refills for routine contraceptives from them. They told me they accepted walk-ins, since due to my work schedule at the time I was unable to make an appointment during their business hours. I drove almost 20 miles to get to their location, only to be told that I couldn't even stay IN THE BUILDING because someone was getting "a shot". I had gone out of my way to get time off of work to get what I needed only to be turned away almost the moment I walked in."
