"So Tuesday the 28th of November they called me at 10 and said my items were ready for pick up. The next day I show up at 11 and the store is still closed. No other posted hours or anything. And if they were open on Tuesday at 10 why wouldn’t they be on Wednesday? I have no idea when they will actually be open."
"If I could leave a 0 I would. I came into the store on 8/18/2023. I was never greeted. 2 workers stood by the registers laughing and talking. One lady that was on her personal cell phone went to the back, the other lady that was wearing all black completely by passed me and went to the next customer as if i didn’t exist. I promptly left and will never come back… that’s actually the 2nd time I was done that way in that store. Was trying to give them another chance but they failed…. Miserably… went to the Tulsa location and had an amazing experience. Do better Owasso location!!!!!"
