"I honestly had a fantastic experience, Dr. Matson is incredibly caring and helpful and she listens and takes your opinions into consideration to make sure you get the help needed. As to one of the reviews here, i would definitely recommend calling when your doctor sends a referral and make sure it got sent. They will give you the fax number if they haven't received the referral. Once they DO have it they are very quick to set an appointment as soon as they can. I absolutely love Lisa and the staff here and would 100% recommend!"
"A couple weeks ago I had my doctor send over a referral to this office. I called to check in on the status and was told I would receive a call soon. I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to my PCP who sent a second referral. Time passed and I got no phone call. I called today, just now, to see why I received a week old letter in the mail stating that this office was ready to schedule me and to give them a call. The woman reached out to the nurse of the doctor I was truly desperate to be seen by as I know her from a previous place of business and felt as if I could trust her. They said they never had a referral and to send it again. I've sent 2! This office is incompetent, clearly. Save your time, they have absolutely no compassion or any ounce of professionalism. They will not reach out to you and they will be excited when you tell them you're going to find a new doctor. I have the recording of my phone calls. 0/5 stars. I'm so disappointed and truly grateful I'm not in the middle of a crisis"
